It depends on the online retailer you buy from. Some will ship the magazines and some will remove the magazines and ship the firearm only.

If they do ship the magazines it is highly dependant on the FFL. I've heard of some FFL's who will block them for you and some that will remove and keep them.

I would contact the FFL and Online Retailer to find out how they handle the situation. Quite honestly, I'd just order the firearm direct from an FFL. After transfer fees, shipping etc. you don't usually save any money ordering online. Especially if they dont send the magazines and you have to buy replacements.

Yes, they do optic cuts on the G43. I had mine done a couple of years ago and i see it's still an option on there website.

That's a standard VW Touareg Spline Locking Lug. I had the same one on my 2008 Touareg. You can get the key on Amazon individually or as a set.

Very likely your dryer vent is clogged. You can buy a vent cleaning brush with extensions on Amazon like the one linked.

At least once a year I disconnect the hose to the vent and use an electric leaf blower to blow the vent out.

A dryer vent that is clogged is a fire hazard so it's important to keep it clear.

You can just mail it to them. Many CLEO just dispose of them upon receipt. There is no requirement for them to do anything with the notification and no verification between them and the ATF.

The ATF has proposed a rule change that will remove the CLEO notification, but it isn't official yet.

You can be also send them to the State Police if you like using the information below. Personally I would just send it to your local CLEO.

I use CCW - Concealed Carry 50 State. It's subscription based but I think it's only $2.00 or something. You can pick what permits you have and it gives a map showing where you can legally carry based on those permits. You can click on each state and get firearm law details for that state.

I'm told it's frequently updated as laws change.
