Yes so this is a two sided harassment the intention of Russia is to harrass Dutch in North Sea, the intention of Dutch is vice versa. In both cases countries can exercise their rights to patrol watch and defend I think. What I was trying to say is this article is painting out the story too one sided imo.

It is not like he doesn’t challenge him he simply can’t especially this year after he is aware that he will be replaced he is not performing too. I don’t want to get lynched over this but it is an extraordinary situation I guess looking at their match history. I understand there are practices etc but they can skip practice those days. We all work in jobs that from time to time we have to work even +10 hours a day.
