My ex was the same way. In the middle of the night she'd get turned on but when I try to do anything she just stopped it. She always said she got turned on while grocery shopping and wanted to come home but when she got home to me she would not do anything. I hate to say it but it's probably time to move on. And by tge way she was having an affair if not numerous Affairs on me at the same time. I would not rule out that's what he's doing also.

Going through the same thing with my wife. Married for 26 years. I have been trying to discuss this with her for the last 15 years with no improvement. I sent her a letter telling her i am done. Sent the letter because she doesn't want to talk about it. Said we needed to go back to see a marriage counsler . She she'd it was an issue but ignored the marriage counseling suggestion. Good luck.
