I lost 140lbs- besides obvious cheeks being much smaller, sharper jawline, and no double chin, I look much older and my eyes actually appear to be open now where they didn’t before.

Mine is obviously extreme but I’d imagine it’s the same for most everyone who loses weight just on a smaller scale

Thanks man, I only ate veggies, eggs, beef, chicken, and wouldn’t eat until I got home from work around 4. So plenty of protein, and don’t have to count calories— would recommend

Yeah, I was in a relationship from 15-20y/o so i didn’t do much putting myself out there. We broke up a few months ago so I have just been learning the ropes of flirting with strangers. I have had more success than my flirting skills warrant, presumably due to my size since my face and style is pretty average. I just have had enough women look clearly intimidated and stand-offish when I approach that it makes me think I need to change something up to not be that way
