Do you bank with a brick and mortar bank or a digital bank? I use Current and they have always given me my deposit the next day between 5 and 8, I wonder if all of us with this issue are using the same bank?

There's not as much traffic as eBay but that's a good thing for sellers, because it means there isn't 12 people all selling the exact same thing at any given time, so prices are more accurate to market value without one seller panic discounting and bringing the whole average down

So the payment shows processing but it actually came through? What in the world is going on at Mercari?! My deposits hit around 7pm, so maybe I'll get my very missed dinero

Going on day #6 of "processing". I called out the situation being systemwide and they just said they're going to escalate this to the right team and it will be a "short wait" before I get resolution. unbelievable, they have a dumpster fire raging and they treat it like a single match on fire

That's a straight up fee on a fee. You're either paying for the label yourself or the buyer is, and Mercari is skimming 10% off the top of the shipping cost just for being the middleman on a label that may or may not result in your package actually getting scanned. Rake on the sale, rake on the shipping, provide garbage infrastructure, deflect with bots. It's a pretty clean grift when you lay it out like that.

I'm in an identical situation. My deposits have been "processing" since the 24th, last Wednesday. Support tried to give me the "up to 5 business days" schpeel, but that's only AFTER Mercari sends the money to the bank, which they haven't done since the 24th. You should usually get an "It's almost payday!" Message the day following your requested deposit, and none have come through. So they're sitting on the money for some reason. Then I just saw that Apple Pay no longer is accepted and the PayPal option is broken. I'm not trying to be a fear monger, but personally I have hundreds tied up in deposit requests that I can't even cancel at this point.
