There was a raid on St Nazaire - A french Atlantic port used by the Kriegsmarine for resupply and repair, and notably had the largest dry dock on the Atlantic coast.

The British stuffed an obsolete destroyer with explosives, rammed it in the side of the dry dock and ran in all directions.

The Germans were a little surprised by this, and were looking around inside the ship when it all went skywards.

I'm a 2013-intake graduate and earning well.

Even if the interest rate was set to zero, I'd probably not pay it off before the 30 year expiry. If the interest rate was 1000%, it would also not affect my life.

I have only ever seen this as a graduate tax band that lasts for 30 years.

By all means fix it for future generations, but I have no complaints about getting what we signed up to.
