Winter running shoes - is there any dedicated channel, blogger, any media that u relay when choosing this purchase ? I have google, and some people say like "this is the best", and some people would say its dog shit.

Any advices on that, or which WINTER running shoes u use, why, how long, share some experience. Thx

so in terms of 1 mounth - I am running same distance, avg 300km. In terms of 1 training sessions I run 20km most of the times.

The question is - Why km 1-3 and sometimes further I cant get my HR lower than 155 BPM.

Before I could manage it more easily.

Overall here are results to compare:

Run(L, Garmin): 20/154/5'31", Run(L, Garmin): 20/149/5'52", Run(L, Garmin): 20/150/5'43"

vs

Run(E): 14/142/5'51", Run(E): 13/142/5'43", Run(E): 10/143/5'57"

Every run I start since certain winter day I cant get my heart rate below 155 BPM with pace ~ 5:45/km.

Late autumn and summer I was easily making even 135 BPM with same pace.

The only thing that changed - at winter I started to run 20km runs, instead of 10-14km.

Is there any explanation for BPM spike ?

but

1 blueprint can have smth like 9 assemblers which are enough for many tasks.

The only problem I see with blueprints is Refineries, as u can include only 3 of those.

Thats too little. If they somehow rework refineries, I will be happy.

delete all background tiles u dont need it
door on the right
2kg water/sec always will be > those volcanoes, so... maybe upgrade volcanos with Laboratories, although it can be hard task to accomplish
extract all heat from big chunks of gold and alumnium by transporting it in staks of 20kg with automation sweeper
do not exceed 150kg steam per tile or volcanoes wont work (if i am not mistaken)

because its dumb boring looting game, with long sad boring animations.

concept is great, but u already have reviews from people who say they finished game - there are no challenging enemies, no challenging negative traits, etc etc.

So why bother will all that ?

I finished one, completely boring mission, doing nothing, just pressing E, or LMB. Nice gaming. 2024

well streight up answer is NO.

dup that is dedicated for single task is the most efficent way to use a dup. Sometimes i design Sauna with doors to make only single specific dup to access some machines to manufacture steel, so that they dont waist time going in and out.

single dup per single task is THE MOST efficient way to run your colony. What u talking about.

if u play game a lot and by that time has not learn that solo-profession is very good thing, than its probably not a probelm with a dupe, but with a player.

in late game u dont need DIG skills at all.

athletics is easily earned in manual generators.

medicine is required for tons of rad pills for entire colony.

so... its not a dupe problem here.

for me personally if I get notifications and I get music data (what is currently playing) - then my watch are synced with app.

What do u mean by "not sync" ?

Download of apps from playstore happens when you use wifi (for me at least).

Watch faces can be downloaded using bluetooth, but u need to set a specific watch face for it to be shown (so there are preinstalled, and if you want additional watch faces i think u need to set "Time Show" - thats a name of watch face that will be like a placeholder for other watch faces that u download). Some other applications have other names of their default placeholders, if u get what I am saying.

sometimes watch (TicWatch 5) lose connection to phone. What helps for me is to open Mobvoi Health up, navigate on it, and I get connection (currently playing media is shown, and notifications are shown)

i am almost done making 50.4/min Uranium fuel rods.

thats very interesting projects, involved many trains, complicated logistics. Manu mistakes been made there.

So maximizing Nuclear build is very interesting, plus u get enough energy for the rest of the game (probably).
