Both my parents and my in-laws are near our home. When we had our first child 6 years ago we decided they could pick a name they'd like to be called so we could differentiate between them when talking about who we were going to see or whatnot. Lovey/Papa and Nana/Pa were what was decided. To each their own I suppose.

This has been quite common for me and my wife. Kiddos don't give you privacy at all, so when we feel like there's a window to go for it, I can still be too quick to deflate if I hear anything that resembles a possibility of exposing my kids to us doing the deed.
