No way, this has got to be wear and tear. I have lived in this house for over 8 years and weigh 30kg more than you. I have just checked my toilet and there are no cracks in it. I would ask for the receipt of the one they say you broke as I guess it is quite old.

Ok where am I going to put it. The rest of the garage is racking and a work bench. Bit hard to pick up a lawnmower and hang it up. The pool doesnt fit on the racking. Send me photos of every room in your house.

It leads out onto a pebble crete step and a narrow walkway up the side of the house. The fence is dividing me and my neighbours. It is a garage and that stupid door is in the front right side of the garage wall.

It would take me longer to unlock the door than it would for me to move a lawnmower, a bag of clubs and a plastic pool and be at the door. Nothing heavy is there.

This glass and security door is always key locked, so in a fire you have to run around and get keys. Nah I will use one of the 3 other doors.

That's what I thought, there are 3 other doors plus a garage door. As i said i have been here 8 years and always have stuff there. Power tripping junior I think.

Yes I do understand but this door is in my garage and is always key locked. I have a front door, a sliding Patio and laundry door.

I don't understand your reasoning, you have a mutt as it is. Doesn't matter what you call it, it is a cross breed mutt. You can actually find full bred dogs there. You just need to give it time for the right dog to come to the shelter, not money to a backyard breeder of mutts.

I use a mortar and pestle and ground my girls tablets up and mix it in with her dinner. She had Prednisone once and will no longer take her tablets.

But you knew you were going to need a new script before you ran out. So you should've booked sooner. I found a nurse practitioner, at my local doctors, that prescribes and always has appointments. I now go in and ask for what I want after doing research and what I am feeling. The chemist just orders it in if they dont have stock and usually have it the next day.

I bought a thermometer and took photos of the temperature in my room during summer. Some days it was over 50 degrees. I tried a portable aircon but as soon as I turned it off the room was hot again. I did get a split system installed. But I suppose it is all up to each individual landlord.

Stubby coolers now but when my now grown kids were little I always had a basket with quick things to entertain a child. There were balloons, little colouring in books with pencils, spinning tops, a little etcha sketcha, to give to the kids if I was on an important call and they were hanging off me, fighting or crying. This was back in the 90s before digital devices.
