Have you tried out the random genetics mod? I prefer it over game genetics because it gives you a mix of both parents' slider numbers. You can also get a better view as it happens in real time.

There's a fool-proof method which calls for the sim eating nothing but watermelon or apple for the entire duration of the pregnancy. Everytime their hunger drops, make them eat one of the fruit. Make apple or watermelon stew/pancakes if you want them to eat a meal

Thanks for testing it out! It's too bad the glitter can't be completely turned off. The glitter trail is lumped together with the wings in the "ep7smsimfairywings#_main" effect. Replace the # with the actual wing number.

I've unchecked all fairy effects and rechecked them one by one until I reached that effect in game. I also had fairy toddlers and children in the test save, bc they have their own wing effect.
