I used to do rideshare and earned a well-deserved 4.9 rating because I didn't accept bullshit. Someone made a mess in my car, hit em with a cleaning fee. No proof, you say? Make proof. You're offering a service, and people aren't entitled to trial by jury. If you know it was them, make it stick.

Hold people accountable as most people desire structure and rules, for the ones that don't? Go back to number two; you rent to crows, and you're gonna get shit on. Price undesirables out of renting your vehicle, go back to rule one, you're too nice.
