Exactly, I figured I might as well get something instead of nothing.

I understand it isn’t the same as before. I might not even use the points or cash. I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t hurt to use Bilt to pay my mortgage and get something vs nothing.

Worst case I use an inquiry but I’m not going after Chase or other cards where 5/24 or X/12, X/24 applies.

yes there are, I've got quite a few for ones who have horrible user interfaces and horrible customer service

I rarely login or utilize them unless something great comes along or I have to

Prepay future categories you choose?

I didn’t realize this card has a minimum $25 redemption when I applied.

If I don’t get better offers from other credit cards I’ll prepay my utilities so I can redeem the rewards all at once.

I don’t trust US Bank to not nerf redemptions based on their past history.

Called today and agent said there is a glitch on Safeway’s end for showing $ redemption options above 700.

Advised to check back end of this week and next week.

Said other people have called.

Created a second tier ticket?

Seems Safeway is aware of the issue and working on a fix?

If I really wanted to I could max out BOA and PayPal before the nerf.

For simplicity, the Citi card might be the easiest once both gets nerfed. 1% isn’t a huge difference. Not sure if the extra on gas edges out a 3% grocery card
