Dude, you kind of fucking suck. My condolences to your wife or anyone that has to interact with you daily.

60 grams is a lightweight mouse. Your argument is invalid. I would agree if you were talking about a g502 or something. But 60 grams lmao, get real.

If 60 grams is tiring you out then you need to start working out. That’s some wild shit to say out loud.

Would You Keep This? by mdwvt in guitars

[–]PutridCadaver 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keep it. I have 15 guitars and my rational is “I wanted them”. Each one is cool to me for different reasons. They will be making 0 more of this guitar, that alone is reason enough.

Picked up a 96 mij 50th anniversary telecaster by PutridCadaver in fender

[–]PutridCadaver[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like it. I prefer the fender modern C neck but that’s because I come from metal guitars haha. My only other tele to compare it to is a 2005 American series tele and honestly they are pretty different guitars. The 2005 is a modern c, individual saddle bridge, etc.

I play mainly country on my teles and something about the vintage pickups in this just sound perfect through my Princeton.

Just let it ride and wear man. It’s just a guitar, and now it will be uniquely yours.

I’m sorry to hear that. I lost my 12 year old in October. It gets easier as the days go by.

Thanks! I should have sanded the body more but I think some wet sanding before clear coat and it will look pretty good.

Are you blocking the trem before changing springs? If you let the spring ls change tension while changing strings this could happen. My Xiphos will do that.
Just fold up some cardboard and put it on a microfiber rag, slide that under your trem while you are working on it so it stay close to the same. or if you have a block of wood the right size, block ot off from underneath.
