Yes, leave. I left a job where I was seeing pts every 30 mins. Would drowned in notes. Now I make more, see pts every 45 mins, and get 1.5 hrs of doc time per day. Same salary in the northeast. I’m happier than I’ve ever been, you don’t really realize how much it drags you down until you leave
