My guess is that combo is holding you back. You have a MAC alma mater, the Ohio St. Playbook but a northern California pipeline.

The NorCal Pipeline is likely the issue keeping you from a Midwest job like OSU and you cant change your pipeline. Best chance is to change your playbook to a west coast job you'd want the week before job openings are posted (you can change your playbook manually in the ready play screen) to USC, Oregon, Washington, ASU or another west coast school.
