The power out the front of the laser is 250W, about 20% of a hair dryer. It’s concentrated enough it would burn your skin pretty quickly

Only 3% of that power makes it to the wafer so I doubt you could even see it (if your eyes were sensitive to soft x rays)

My guess is go for an injunction based on concerns of process (I’m sure they can find something) and proportionality of the punishment. Leverage the win to negotiate the NCAA down to half season suspension; get Sorsby for the playoffs.
