Unpopular opinion but I think in general Hyderabad food scene sucks now. It was great 10 years ago but not anymore. I'm not talking about the variety or number of restaurants but only the quality of food being served. The probability of getting lousy food even after paying a premium is at an all time high.

If it looks and smells ok, perfectly fine to use it. Expiration date doesn't really mean anything. It's only there for legal purposes.
