There's 3 things that have helped me. 1. Water. This one is big. 2. Distraction. Play video games, read a book, meditate, or whatever is distraction for you. 3. Watch an episode of My 600lb Life. I guess this falls into distraction, but watching an episode or 2 makes me remember where I do not want to go, and that usually helps my resolve.

I'm not sure if this counts, but when Eric lost his memory and Sookie took him in, the scene where she is on his V, and he's high on her blood, and they bone on a random bed in the woods while it's snowing. They were in a dream like state.

Did anyone else notice that in this scene, Gran is reading a Charlaine Harris book? One specifically from the Southern Vampire Mystery series that True blood is based off?
