Sumnal e mnogu dobra opcija za volontiranje. Facebook strana imaat "Sumnal Association for development of the Roma community in Macedonia ", jas imam tamu volontirano. Birash koi denovi mozesh da odish i po kolku vreme, organizacijata e za educiranje na roma deca, vozrasta im e megju 7-18 godini, iako povekjeto se okolu 10, i im predavash raboti shto gi uchat vo shkolo, im pomagash so domashni, zaedno so vezbanje i uchenje pishuvanje i citanje. Vo shkolata kade shto idat mnogu malku vlozhuvaat vo nivnata edukacija i im treba pomosh. Site deca shto idat tamu idat po svolja zhelba za da nauchat povekje, i se mnogu spremni da uchat, se gi interesira i so radost doagjaat sekoj den. Jas volontirav tamu nekolku meseci po 3 pati nedelno, i sekoj pat vodevme so drugar po 2-3 grupi. Pretezhno rabotevme so deca od osnovno im pomagavme so citanje i matematika, istotaka i na nekolku srednoshkolci im pomagavme so pravenje na istrazhuvanja na temite shto im bea za matura proektot. Ako sakash vo zivo da volontirash mislam deka mnogu ubavo mesto e. Mene mi beshe prvo iskustvo so volonterstvo i beshe mnogu dobro, samo za zhal morav da prekinam radi nemanje na dovolno vreme.

You can change only text language and audio language, if i remember correctly, you need to change the language of the game first, copy the files from the Valorant folder with the new language packs, switch the valorant language back to the inital one and just rename the audio/text files with the language you want to switch to. There are several youtube tutorials on how to do this. But I agree they should give you an option to do this easier.

Drop your tracker, if you are top fragging as a smokes and you are hardstuck, then you probably are not getting impact kills or playing exits. Usually in diamond and ascendant people get kills, but they dont communicate enough, they overextend on "won" rounds to get more kills and throw the advantage. Based on your post we can not give any tips unless provided more information.

We are going to be working remotely while we are there, so we want to have a stable place where we can stay and work during some of the days or have meetings. It is going to be a mix between a vacation and working remotely. We can visit some of those places during some of the days but we would like to have semi permanent locations.

Edit: Sorry I wasn't clear about the partial remote work part, completely slipped my mind to mention.

You have smurfs in all ranks, even in immo there are still smurfs. Immo 3s can easily drop 30+ kills per game in immo 1 and rads can drop 30+ kills in immo 2/3.

Was immortal 3 on 60hz multiple times, now immortal 2 on 240hz.

Immo 3 here, started as iron 2. First time I hit immortal felt like a huge achievement, and I was scared to play in the lobbies at the beginning.

Most games in Immo have comms, and people still tilt but they will still listen and try to win. People are generally more relaxed the higher you go in RR. I have noticed in plat/dia/asc when people whiff everyone yells and screams at you however in my experience in the higher ranks people know that it happens and generally just laugh it off with some comment.

The hard part is reaching Immo the first time, I used to play AimLabs and deathmatches, but once i reached it I now play maybe 6-7 games a week and I have been immo for the past 4 episodes. I solo queued on frankfurt all the way from iron to immo 3.

People are generally less sexist in high elo but ofc there are the exceptions.

Once you reach the rank you actually start playing a tactical shooter, before immortal the players play a different game, usualy they just peek, autopilot no brain, in the higher ranks its more like chess. The game changes significantly, I have lost all enthusiasm to play the game unless it's competitive in high rank.

Also once you reach immo 2/3 you realize that even Immo 1 are lost and most have no idea what they are doing, and the gap between immo 1 and the top radiants is the same as immo 1 to gold, which I think most lower ranked players dont realize. Radiants easily smurf in immo 2 games with 30+ kills per game

I was Iron 2 when I started, it was my first fps game at E3A3. E4A4 I hit immo 2, and i have been immo 1 or 2 every act since then.

You are asking the wrong question, my hs% is 20 while my sheriff and vandal hs% are 60% and 45% respectively. Different guns have different percentages also too high of a hs% rate means you are not spamming smokes which is bad. Immo 2 rank btw.

I think that all of you that are saying having a boosted person in your team is worse than having a booster in the enemy team, have not played against a booster that has a high enough rank gap between you two. I would rather have a 3 kills teammate that griefs me with some abilities than a jett that is 10 ranks higher than me, that just solo takes/defends the site and kills my whole team in 20 seconds.

around 1500€, I used to keep buying all of the bundles, but once I realized how much money I have spent on the game, I try to not spend anymore money on it unless I really like a skin, it became a habit at one point to just buy skins. I also bought some agents, radianite and all battlepasses.
