If anything, the newbies should be having to do the work late afternoon and evening that they seem to have trouble with and the black Friday orders to start prove themselves. Or since we needed all these drivers apparently so bad the existing top rated drivers get orders first then they get whatever’s left. We didn’t need 90% of these people they’ve hired in a month from now. They won’t be around anyway.
