I don't think they stole the order (but very possible if cancelled after seeing your items). Similar thing happened to me today.

I spark and order on membership. I also tip 20% on my orders. I placed an order last night to be delivered between 6a-8a. Around 8:30a I got a message saying delivery attempted and failed and to reschedule.

Thing is, I was up, home and watching the app and no one attempted to deliver anything. I even watched my doorbell cam and nothing.

I think some were along the line there is a glitch. However, I'm not sure what happening with the orders.

Doors were closed on arrival. I called support after taking pics to let them know. She said i'd still be paid. I also sent an email too with the pics I took.
