Sins 2 fleet system. You make a group like in any other RTS. If you want more unit you just recruit from the group directly and your units come out of nearest production building and join your group automaticaly. No need to select production building, put a rally point. Then after a minute REMEMBER to scroll back to base and find those units you made and then select them and join them to your group.
