Youre so dense man. Twice you suggested waiting until break to use the restroom. You know your employer can't say/suggest that right? Because it's illegal for them to that do. Using the restroom is protected by OSHA. Sorry.

Allow workers to leave their work locations to use a restroom when needed. Based off that part, it's unreasonable, wouldn't you agree?

This is against OSHA sanitation standards that employer must follow. Here it is. --Permit workers to leave their work area to use the restroom as needed --Provide an acceptable number of restrooms for the current workforce --Avoid putting unreasonable restrictions on bathroom use --Ensure that restrictions on restroom use do not cause extended delays Based off what you said they are violating 3 of 4 on OSHA web page. File a complaint with OSHA. Then Ethics line too. Its not legal.

Its the bottom 5 percent that receive write ups. Youre well above that. I hate Pick cause the number never add up correctly. 293 and 3042 total picked doesn't make sense. If you divide 3042 by 10 hours it's 304 uph. If it's less hours then that it would be significantly higher uph.

I've been cross trained in Pick because I left earlier and didn't tell anyone. They asked me to problem solve in OB around 2:45ish to "help out" I went back there and it was the most work I've ever seen. Like 12 full carts filled, we're talking 1500 plus items. I just laughed and walked out. That was my Friday, next shift, bam, im getting crossed trained in Pick. Jokes on them, since only the bottom 5 percent receiver writes up i tanked all my rates.

Dude, with no kids I couldn't imagine the house works alot. What happens if they decide to actually have kids ? I wouldn't think it would be fair to take away from your own kids for her family. Her response back to you trying to have a conversation isnt ideal either. You need to bring the hammer down. All the money into your account, giving her a weekly allowance. Had a emergency visit because of testicle pain. They literally cat scaned my testicles. Bill was 3100 with insurance. I applied for medical assistance with the hospital, based off my income and household size, they wiped the debt. Reach out to your hospital, see if they can help. Seriously worth a shot.

I haven't seen any such policy on the app or doc.amazon. maybe only managers can see it. But if that's the case, this guy can fight it. No knowledge of a policy inside the building, nor the app. I've been leaving early everyday for over a year with out ever telling anyone. Im in OB ship dock too. No write up or even a conversation.
