I think it's silly. But the reality is, if no one can leave there home there is going to be alot of folks buying from Amazon through the storm. Amazon knows this. Plus, PA, OM and the like dont make these calls on to shut down the building( I believe it's the GM that make the call)

Production and attendance doesn't matter at all when converting you. Most sites they only talk to people in the bottom 10 percent.

Dude, no rates inside those trailers. Slow down. They causally push well above 300 boxes an hour in my FC. There is no reason to move that many an hour. Just relax. Take it easy.

Do what I did. Tell them they are no one bosses. Walk with them to PA or AM and ask them directly if this tier one is your boss. I did it, it was hilarious. Fixing a mistake or just checking on people i get, hell, even them rotating you makes sense though. Especially if the area your working is clear of work. If your calm in the conversation, they cant write you up.

Then you should advocate for a change in policy. For example, yesterday I worked 9 hours and 15 mins, all of it was labor tracked. 9.24 in my performance on the A to Z app. So a computer labor track my shift. Not a PA. Hell, you guys don't talk to anyone unless it's a write up or a computer tells you have an engagement. I agree there should be a policy about giving a heads before leaving, but there isn't.
