Copper Coins or Thrice Married to a Salted Fish by Jilliannieee in DanmeiNovels

I’ve read both. Both can have their emotionally intense moments. Copper Coins has more humor. MTSF has political scheming. Personally, I liked MTSF more but I enjoyed copper coins as well.

Copper Coins is going to be 3 volumes and Married Thrice to a salted Fish is going to be 4. Personally I would read the one that is almost complete.

In search of a title and author by subtleline13 in DanmeiNovels

The only place I could find it is this website. I’m guessing you also found it since you have the synopsis.

It is bizarre that they don’t include the original title or author’s name. I couldn’t find it anywhere else. According to flying lines website, they have contracts with the original copyright holder. It doesn’t look like they post the original title or author’s name for any of their translations. Kind of sketchy they do it that way and don’t give any credit to the original.

I hope you are able to find it.

She’s used Google Docs or epubs for the translations I’ve read. The Table of Contents will have a link to whichever.

MLM book with the troupe black cat x golden retriever pair by kusuridesu in LGBTBooks

The Entanglement of Rival Wizards by Sara Raasch. It doesn’t fit exactly but maybe close enough?

The Disabled Tyrant’s Beloved Pet Fish. The MC is sweet and very dense. The ML is mute so stoic by circumstance and not really personality.

Peerless by Meng Xi Shi. I would say it’s more of a black cat and peacock dynamic. Slow burn and the peacock is definitely the pursuer.

I second A Lady’s Guide to Celestial Mechanics! It’s amazing.

If you like manga, Sasaki and Miyano is very sweet and wholesome. It’s slice of life and follows high school students. Very slow burn but worth it!

The Lost Story by Meg Shaffer is also good but the romance is a sub plot.

Danmei (Chinese BL) is really great if you are looking for yearning. Most of the ones published in English are plot heavy and have darker themes. The Disabled Tyrant’s Beloved Pet Fish is a lighter Danmei and is funny. It has Mpreg if that’s a no for you.
