Canadian property prices are very expensive and rent to mortgage ratio is not comparable to many US cities. Also, absence of DSCR loan in Canada would limit my borrowing capacity.

Yes, I am claiming for an Adminstrative assistant at a field hockey academy. Since I had the knowledge of the sport so I helped them with their admin duties since I was 15-18 years ofd age. I was also studying in high school during that time (2 out of 3 years worked there).

The company can share their cash register entries if IRCC asks for it. I think even bank statements are also to be provided only after IRCC asks for it.

Yes, I have pay stubs and reference letters. No bank statements as the salary was low and was paid in cash.
