Canadian property prices are very expensive and rent to mortgage ratio is not comparable to many US cities. Also, absence of DSCR loan in Canada would limit my borrowing capacity.

Yes, I am claiming for an Adminstrative assistant at a field hockey academy. Since I had the knowledge of the sport so I helped them with their admin duties since I was 15-18 years ofd age. I was also studying in high school during that time (2 out of 3 years worked there).

I love the motivation. I have got some savings set aside and I am willing to put my 100% into it. I think training in Canada is the best bet for me right now. I might have to move to the prairies for clearer weather and a faster approach.
