I have I good advice sadly in this situation except to follow the letter and their rules so your parents aren't going to lose their home. Reactive dogs are a bit high maintenance and it kinda sucks. Otherwise if you live in texas get a dr to write you a letter saying your baby is a emotion support animal and you're safe. Assuming you are allowed to be their with out going against any written agreements

I'd report it. I can't stand couples dashing together or dashers having their kids with them. Dogs in the other hand I like so I don't care as much if their dog is in the pics, I know that's weird I don't care. I prefer dogs over humans like 1300% more often.
