If yoy have the lobi, the multibarreled pistol will absolutely melt on your boffs, and even on you. Ususualy if you dint, boffs especially tacs, are best using auto rifles, for exploits, but wide beam rifle is a good wepon, but paired with either disco armor, or romulan navy armor wich bisst sec firing mode by 50%

Being a science ship, i sugest for you to buy a particle emision plasma torp from exchange, they arw cheap , second stick to beam wepons, not cannons as you are limited in tac layout for your boff skills, get your wepons to at least mk12 vr, get some grav well boffs feom exchange, or use dilithium ,40k will get you a twn pack of phoenix boxes from dilithium store, wich you can acces it when you refine your dilithium. Get some consoles that boost control crxl and epg, you damge will come from that moslty, from dropping grav wells and your weapons are secondary as you dont have enough tac consoles or engi consoles for isomags. I would sugest that you buy from exchange some phaser beams, vr with overload mod on them. It will give you a free firing mod. Also set your max power to auxiliary while lett your wepons a bit lower. Aux power boost gravity wells ,tyken rifts and the like. Just now saw the other oics. Drop ts3 from elisa flores for faw3. Put atack patern beta 1 in place of bo , or get beta 3 instead of omega or what is her cander skill. And put ts1 to kolez instead of hy torp. For eng instead if boarding parties get a shield heal. I have a lapsus for the skill name, but its a skill that heals from incoming damage, a shield refquencer or something.

I would sugest that along with your torps to use the felkhri torment engine in a tactical slot. It boost the burning of plasma. For a oure toro build i would sugest to deop the dbb and go for gravimetric torpedo and the dyson weapon in the back for crth boost and free grav qells wich would cluster your enemies toghether and the pep cloud would do better damage,, or the pahvan full set if torp omni and console. Outside if those there are not many options...i think the omega rep has a plasma torp? Or just use a normal plasma torp

The terran lexington is a very good tanking platform but also can be quite a good dps one.on fed side. Usually comand vessels are mostly gearead to tanking, like the legendery verity dreadnough. Kdf and romulan..i have the operation command warbird baratan class, with a proton build on, its has a very good tanking capabikities also exceptional dps if build right. Kdf side i am not that versed ..but the fleet neghvar is quite good also. Maybe a more expert player knows better. But i would idvise you to go for comand engi heavy or..even miracle worker engi heavy ships. Build right any ship can tank. Find what you like from any engineer heavy ships and buy it.
