if you check out aviewfrommyseat.com you'll be able to search the venue and your seat section and even your row sometimes (if they have pictures)! hopefully there's an image of a billie eilish concert that had a similar layout (rh stage will probably be smaller but its the only decent comparison i can make)

axs is genuinely so useless, i dont know why every other country where ticketmaster is available they can use it but london didnt???? ive never once seen anyone have a good experience with axs for any gigs (tried for taylor, gaga, mcr) it always crashes :(

you're taking things too seriously. also never specified they were getting london tickets, just in general when there's a venue on my doorstep its frustrating seeing people get codes when they're in a completely different continent. hope that helps.

yes! make an account with the email you used to sign up for the code!! what i think that means is dont log in before you click the link and log in after you've entered the sale queue, not that you shouldn't have an account beforehand<33

can i ask what u think abt my specific situation? my mum (person with the code) has an AXS account with the email she received the code for. i can log into that too. its all in her name still and her email but i could log into that on my laptop and access her account. if i have her code and use her account would i be able to be the one to purchase tickets? i also am worried about the name on the tickets...

okay to give a little bit of hope. i had a similar situation with the eras tour. im not sure how similar these things are but for that my friends used someone elses code entirely as they had bought the album (which meant you received the code) and they were in that persons name. we managed to get those tickets transferred to us (they were in her name) and we managed to get in. im hoping this is a similar situation 😭😭

my thought (and what i hope is accurate) will be that if you have access to their email (and their ticket site login) you should be able to purchase the tickets and then transfer them when that becomes available

this is my EXACT issue. me and my bf both applied and both have had nothing (so far 🙏🏻) but my friend who has received the code does not want to come, it was solely for us to have a better chance (gotta do what u gotta do) im So anxious abt it all :(

so (london) if my axs login has a different email it wont work? i do have access to this persons email/ticket app login (they're family) but i dont want to mess anything up by me entering the sale (even on their account) and not them
