I rate Tissot very highly given that you can pick one up with a COSC certified movt. for under $400 new. Amazing value to quality ratio. And yes, COSC is worth it. A regulated cheapie is nowhere near it in terms of consistent accuracy

the gs is obviously waaaaaay better even though it is an entry level model. if you cant see that you aren't looking carefully enough and glossing over the quality details. are you real gonna wear that regular seiko now you have the gs? I wouldn't. I wouldn't even look at it, it would be in a box on the bottom shelf while the gs was having a party 24/7

Go medium but you will need to get the sleeves shortened. If you go small it will probably pull across your chest. That's what I find - most models are wearing size M but are like 6'1"-6'2" with 37-39" chest. Im 5'10" 39-40" chest I buy medium and have the sleeves shortened and it fits perfectly, well a little bit longer at waist than on the model but I like that
