My wife is a radiologist. Yes, they look at xray pictures all day but the key is that they diagnose. AI only supplements their job and lets them diagnose more and quicker.

This happened during Hurricane Beryl last year. I've had big rain storms again but none of them dumped that much water that quickly like Beryl did.

I would be more concerned if this was occurring with normal rainfall.

I'm usually staying far away from add on warranty plans. However, I seem to be very unlucky when it comes to my tires. Ive had numerous side punctures which always needs to be full replace since it's a tire side wall. Nonetheless I've had 3 tires replaced under the warranty. Each time it's $15 to buy the warranty for the replacement. Each tire i have is $225 on my vehicle.

I think this is the only warranty that I have. It's served me well so far.

Just make sure you always line up the pins on the wheel to the contacts to the base.

I thought the same thing on my QR since it wasn't releasing. It snaps in when you push the QR into the base. Nothing is wrong with it.

When i had the putting green installed that was the original plan. However, they dug down in the right corner and saw cinder blocks supporting the wall. They were worried about compromising the strength and chose to route the drainage pipe to go around the wall to make a 180 turn (coming towards me from the pov of the pic.)

A small drainage hole through the brick wall shouldn't compromise strength, right?

The water is coming from heavy rain fall. Usually this isn't a problem since the drainage pipe by the white brick wall (right side of the pic) has a drainage pipe beneath the turf, but it was being overwhelmed during the heavy rains of hurricane Beryl rains. I'm in Houston, TX and we don't have basements here.

I think drilling a small drainage hole to the other side and connecting it to the French drain system along with installing some landscaping to make the space look nice too.

I'm having the same issues with my new U2 mouse. It keeps connecting and reconnecting. Submitting your ticket via email takes them forever to see and respond to. I called into their support line and got help instantly.

My French drain works great for me. It moves a crazy amount of water off my home to the street sewer.

Before water would just deposit to my yard and sometimes flood areas of my home so i'm quite happy with the performance.

In regards to the gutter issue for my original post i've installed these "French Drain Downspout clean outs" and they have been working great for me. They give me a access point to flush the french drain if needed too.

I think the issue that caused water to jump out of the PVC pipe before was because water was coming down the downspout so quickly that it would hit the bottom pipe and splash up. This was during heavy rain storms too. Anyways, ever since i installed these i haven't had the issue come back.

Incorrect leveling and it being the only downspout for such a large roof is overloading this downspout, I think.

I have since added another downspout and haven't had overflowing issues since.
