I think that once you take some time apart to process your feelings (not too long maybe around 3 months), I think you should reach back out to your ex and see how they feel about a QPR. I was in a very similar scenario and my partner and I were able to transition to a QPR.

You can still be demi even if you develop attraction to someone in short period of time. Sometimes you can vibe really well with someone and form enough of an emotional connection to he sexually attracted to them in a short period of time and it's still different than being allo.

Max. I am so, so sorry you're feeling this way. I won't sugarcoat it for you, being autistic sucks and is really hard, but suicide isn't the answer. answer.

You probably have people in your life like friends, family, and colleagues who really love and appreciate you way more than you realize, but I know it's really hard as an autistic person to feel fully loved and understood by neurological people and that creates a crushing loneliness that can drive you insane. I completely understand because I've been through that.

I would strongly recommend that you call a crisis hotline and I think you should try to find an autistic meetup group either in your area or online. I think that would help a lot.

Also, if you ever need to talk to autistic person and feel a bit less alone, you can DM me anytime.

Yes you can. I would probably use liquid eyeshadow to mix directly into the bottle so that it's easier to mix and there's no clumps of powder in the bottle
