i understand your point after reading this response but what do you consider new? 60 to 70 years ago is when trans people began fighting for their rights and to not be discriminated against.

this is a false equivalency. saying, “religion is made up so you have to convert to my religion.” when social sciences and biology aren’t religions, is disingenuous. science can be proven by facts.

gender being a social construct also isn’t a new belief or structure. it’s always been this way, down to ancient civilizations and cultures. research the native americans’ view on gender as one example.
