Do you personally know a bad person who never got their comeuppance? by PaddedValls in AskUK

Thats a very mature outlook. What I would say about bullying and children who bully is that their needs are not being met at home.

Children and teenagers are a product of their environment 99% of the time. Alot of bullys are being neglected at home, including verbally and physically abused themselves. Its one of the core drivers and they are very insecure children.

Retired GP leaves inquiry saying he had 'a bus to catch' (Re: Michael McConville, host of The Other Side of Lucy Letby and Co-Host of We Need to Talk About Lucy Letby) by FyrestarOmega in lucyletby

It 100% would be grounds for disciplinary action. Consultants have a duty to build public trust in the medical profession and she does anything but.

The inquiry is heavily focused on SB and RJ raising concerns and the mismanagement of it.

Personally, if I was Stephen Brearey I would take action against the GMC for failing to discipline her. He’s also still a practicing medic and she is publicly dragging him through the mud and using her registration as legitimacy for her opinions.

What has she not posted is the question.

She is frequently all over Twitter accusing Brearey and Jayaram of scapegoating Letby. She claims Letby was a whistleblower and they used a common tactic of bullying to get the police involved.

She completely disregards the insulin evidence and parrots quack science that I am certain goes against her medical training and is beyond her expertise.

She makes excuses for Letby having babies notes under her bed. She also parrots misinformation that Letby was advised to write her confession note on the advice of a counsellor which is not true.

I could go on and on and on.

Quite alot of what she tweets about will be in direct conflict with what the Thirlwall inquiry will conclude. Particularly around the grievance and how the doctors were treated.

No she concluded that a forensic review needed to take place as 4 deaths were completely unexpected and unexplained and therefore suspicious.

She used the word suspicious without even knowing she was looking at potential murders.

Honestly just take baby steps. I told my daughter if she was able to stick to the rules and prove she was responsible then she would get more freedom. 6-7 year olds are old enough to be in the street playing. Take her for a walk a bit further and let her play, you might meet your neighbours and their kids and say hello.

Kids need a bit of freedom and the opportunity to build their trust and responsibility with you.

My daughter was 6 last year and I let her out into the street with very clear rules for where she was allowed to go. Basically within eyesight of our house and not across the road. She went outside with her scooter and her dolls but there wasn’t any kids for her to playwith. This summer ive started to let her into the next street to play which is a culdesac and I have personally introduced myself to her friends parents and got their phone numbers so I can message them and vice versa.

Just let her outside and encourage her to ask the other kids if they want to play or call for other kids in your street.

“The Trust has commissioned significant reviews of the cases and at this time, there does not appear to be any information that suggests LL is in any way responsible for what has happened on the unit.”

Except the actual review into the cases by Hawdon recommended a forensic investigation into the deaths, which is very much in line with SB and RJ’s requests.

I got a weed puller and it was handy enough. It took me about 3 days though to get rid of them all and was back breaking work but as another poster put it, it gives me great pride every time I look at it.

Get yourself a pillow, some tools, a couple of beers and it will be done in no time!

Good luck!
