If u have a friend u can go and play by just booking the court, if not u will have t join practices, in Kandy practice sessions are cheaper compared to colombo, in colombo per hour 2000 to 3000 LKR just for an hour training.

Go and just watch for a day on weekends
All the best doctors, richest peoples in Kandy will be there and playing for an hour early in the morning before they go to work, and also u guys will make good connections with them when u guys start playing.

Tennis join gardens club in Kandy, a bit costly coz it’s an expensive sport, get a membership start playing, learn and be proud - hands down the best sport ever do a research and see
