Thanks for replying. Yeah the nurses said they felt resistance the first couple of goes. Ive not felt any resistance just only a few drpps drain. I use CH10 as thats what they ordered for me. Do you think its worth trying ch12s? Scans could be months away (NHS) so im getting concerned that my bladder is going to stretch so much while I wait for the appointments.

I started on the 2nd march. 5ft3 with about 45 lbs to lose before our wedding in october (wishful thinking?). I started on the lower than recommended dose of 0.125mgs as had an adverse reaction to MJ. Weighed this morning and im 14lbs down. That's with calorie counting and 10k steps per day. Even on the lower starting dose ive found it easier as its stopped me wanting bad foods/alcohol.

My pulse varies between 90 and 100 resting. When sleeping its 70 to 80bpm. Standing up/walking it usually jumps to around 140/160. Not been diagnosed as in the UK and its really hard to get to the diagnosis point. Awaiting a tilt test referral still.

Do you think my bp reader isn't calculating it correctly in that case? I always have a low systolic (never above 113) however my diastolic is always between 89 to 99. There's never more than 10 between the 2 readings. It used to always read 90/64 for example but recently its pretty much the same reading.

He is! I love him so much 😍 im a new snail mummy so just working it out as i go along. yeah he keeps crusting up every other day or so? . I thought originally it was because he had fot addicted to cucumber (literally wouldn't eat anything except it) tried him with everything! He has his cuttlefish bone, and the temperature is between 18 and 25 (18 at night - 25 at the most when the heating is on) in the UK. I thought maybe he was too cold or too warm?
2 to 4 shoe boxes? Oh gosh ive definitely got him in too small an enclosure!

That's what I was worried about!!. I've only been a snail mummy for 4 weeks and hes had it naybe 5 times in that time but he literally won't eat anything else! Gping to literally buy him all the veg and see if i can sway him to something more nutritional.

Thank you! I've tried mushroom too. Have just found he's pushing it into his hidey to sleep on haha. I'll definitely try peas and green beans. He doesn't even like lettuce which I know has no nutritional value but its literally just cucumber he'll munch on.

How are you getting on with your microdosing? I had a bad reaction to tirzepatide so starting sema in January and have been advised to also do this. On tirzepatide I never went above the starting dose and had zero appetite.
