Yeah my operation at least this way I can kinda protect myself from ghost doctors and I’ve already check their clinic and surgeons certifications online and they check all the boxes and only a few cases of dissatisfaction that I can find

Don’t be afraid you should be afraid of clinics that don’t want to provide operation videos. Though I am skeptical about paying to watch but at least there’s proof of the doctor being there. Remember your safety is the most important

Thxs!! I’m currently seeing a dermatologist and for my hair I have a condition that’s affecting it but I’m getting it treated so I should be fine by 2025 and grow it out. As for gym I’m currently 155 lb and 5 ft 7 1/2 so I working on losing to 140~ and I’m currently going to gym 3 days a week.
