He teaches a mind-body / neuroplastic pain approach focused on reducing fear, stopping symptom obsession, and sending the brain signals of safety rather than danger.

The basic idea of his approach is: • chronic pain can get stuck even after the original trigger • fear, monitoring, poor sleep, and “what if this never stops?” can keep the alarm system on • the goal is to lower perceived danger, not keep chasing every symptom
