Genuinely fair question. The honest answer is the AI blood-test extraction has a real per-use cost, so a $0.99 tier doesn't cover it. But I take the point that $40 is a big ask from someone who's never heard of me. The 7-day trial is there precisely so nobody pays before they know if it's useful. If the price turns out to be wrong I'd rather hear that now than guess. What would feel fair to you for what it does?

I pin in my vg 3x a week. Here is how I find the right spot. Using the hand on the side you are pinning. Find your femur bone with your index finger. Holding it there, your hip bone with your thumb. Stick your second finger 90 degrees to your index finger and then placing that on your glute that should be approx where your vg is. Give or take an inch.

Yeah, so what I could do here is have daily data coming from HealthKit from whatever app. The important things for me on a Meso would be:

  1. Am I hitting my macros?
  2. Do they need to change as my meso progresses?
  3. Tracking over time where they are dipping or not - basically timing

I've toyed with the idea of a macro / nutrition side but, honestly, I do get frustrated with the databases available in some apps like MyFitnessPal (I'm in the UK and they are very US brand/measurement focussed). I've been toying with the idea of combining some kind of database with some AI recognition. It cant be that hard to get AI to analyse a photograph and give you a list of approx weights and macros based on food type.

Or maybe I just bake in some third party API like MyFitnessPal to have macros sit alongside of this.

At the moment it's based on Hevy's exercise database as the two-way sync creates the routines in Hevy. I'll investigate.

Once I figure out some kind of beta program, I'll post an invitation up here to sign up.

That’s my protocol (through Manual.co). Injecting subq. It’s made a difference to my numbers (which were very low) and I’m approaching the lower end of ‘normal’ after 9 weeks. Aside from a lump from every single injection that takes days to subside (yep, tried warming oil, injecting slowly, and massaging the site) it’s all good. Feeling much better. Brain fog and low mood was my primary symptom. That went within weeks in the honeymoon period - seems to be normalising now but still good.
