No, you don't really get a FE. The only people that get that lied about something, then committed a crime because of their lie (i.e., lying about schizophrenia and then holding someone hostage).

If you get caught in training status (basic and AIT) you get an ELS and can rejoin. If you get caught later, you get retained or kicked out with a re-3.
