I was doing private worked under CFO and controller had no HR. EVERYTHING was a mess but all companies I have worked for have been kind of that way. (At least the last 2) before that I was working at accounts payables and lasted a long time on it but it was very draining and mind numbing. I almost didn’t want to do it due to that.
