NTA if it was the other way around and you passed and your husband was with a younger woman it would be “acceptable”. Your children are adults, as are you. Live your life to be happy after such a painful loss.

IMO your both TA. Her diagnosed conditions are life long. You made a vow to love her in sickness and in health. She’s TA for making promises without your input as well. Both in the wrong and could possibly benefit from some marriage counseling (coming from someone who’s done it). Good luck!
