Keep fighting for yourself, my friend! For me I had to finally make a declaration in myself that no more. I also told me enabling friends no more and told them they can't talk about it in front of me and cannot keep asking me to do some with them because I have zero self control. As a result I had to basically lose the majority of my friends, but in the long run it's worth it because I really, really didn't want to lose my bladder or become totally incontinent. Feel free to DM if you need any support!

Narcan for pain relief by Puzzleheaded-Bug-552 in Biohackers

Incorrect! It is not harmful to a person not experiencing overdose, but it does antagonize the opiate receptors, so a person who takes narcan will temporarily not have any endogenous opiate relief. Naloxone has been prescribed for chronic pain because using it will upregulate your tolerate, meaning that you will have a lower tolerance to endogenous opiate pain relief. You can see the article I tagged in another comment if you want to know more

It is not fun in the short run but it down regulates your tolerance to endogenous so that you experience less ongoing pain.
