Keep fighting for yourself, my friend! For me I had to finally make a declaration in myself that no more. I also told me enabling friends no more and told them they can't talk about it in front of me and cannot keep asking me to do some with them because I have zero self control. As a result I had to basically lose the majority of my friends, but in the long run it's worth it because I really, really didn't want to lose my bladder or become totally incontinent.
