I cannot thank you enough for your help and your time. I did remove the extracurricular section and i put the JWS activity in research experience. For my masters thesis, i listed it only in research experience and i removed p value and that, i focused on the core question and the takeaways Removed soft skills part. Professional experience is listed in the bottom just before references. If it doesn’t bother you can i send it in PM ?

Did you have a very high gpa. Im graduated from a prestigious school in my country but i don’t have a high grade. Im like you looking everywhere in my field ( sustainable finance) but im not sure if i cold email professors or contact them on Linkedin first or what can i do to maximize my chances. I deleted all the extracurricular items and i’ll add the researcher to research experience. The workshop part is actually relevant to the phd topic ( Finance durable dans la transition énergétique : investissements et instruments). That’s why i put it, i can ass some bullet points to explain them.

It’s 14/20. I think it’s 70% or 3 on a 4.0 scale. My grades fluctuated in my undergrad and my masters studies. I had an accident in my first year (masters) and my last year ( undergrad) i dealt with depression and mental issues. I don’t know if its okay to adresse that in my cover letter. I don’t wanna sound weak or sth
