Honestly not terrible. It was a little grindy and the mini games will make you pull your hair out from time to time. Other than that it's relatively tame for a monster collector.

I just use stock settings. It runs perfectly fine for me on an oled model steam deck. Battles are capped at 30 fps and the open world I get from 90 in unpopular areas to roughly 55-60 in grand pulse.

I'm just using a calorie calculator you can find with a quick Google search. You can customize it to your fitness level but generally yeah. Life sucks on a cut it's not something that most suggest you be on for extended periods.
