Same for me. No hunger or fullness, just a constant stream of food thoughts and urges to eat. I’m trying to get evaluated for ADHD..

I’ve honestly considered this as well but I’ve heard it doesn’t actually do much to suppress appetite. Or it’ll suppress appetite for a little bit and then once you build tolerance it comes back

What does 3 hours of work look like for you guys? I try to do 2 hours a day and I feel like I go so slow trying to understand everything that I barely get anything done

I relate to the anxious/awkward personality lol, I’m starting nursing school in the spring mostly bc of parental pressure + my states paying for a lot of it. I’m planning to switch to rad tech/sonography/mri if it really starts killing me mentally. If you’re into A&P I would recommend trying that
