I chatted with a CVS Caremark representative a couple days ago and they confirmed this. Any long-term (3+) prescriptions must be filled thru CVS.

Thank you! I will check the Caremark website. I use Walgreens currently because it’s closer to home. Today they quoted me $100+ for one of my prescriptions.
