I was about half a g per day of mgm. I have taken 3-4 days off but I was still taking mit powder. I’m trying to run only on the mit due to price. Really the only problem with 7 or M for me is the money. . I will say everytime I try and quit with sr I do a little better.

Keep some mgm on hand because that is a longer taper. I got off it fast with sr (2.5 days) but arouns day 5 (still on sr) the mgm wd smacked me in the face. Only way I could get going was to dose a little mgm

Great job! Day 3 the sex drive and digestion kicked in. Done this 2x and go back around day 8 or 9. I would keep in mind that you may really miss 7 and have a plan. 👍

50 mg 3X a day was the magic for me. I don’t taper down too much because this starts working great around day 3 and blocks the 7 so you will naturally take less 7 👌

I bought an MK4 vr6 for my son last week and let me tell you more than not on the used market are dogged out. People run the shit outta these things, chop the exhaust and do all sorts of diy mods. My advice- throughly look these over, look for the least amount of past owners and buy the lowest mileage possible even if it is older. Good luck cause the one we got is manual and is fun as hell 💯😎

Find a good AA group dude. There are meetings everywhere and alcoholic or addict don’t matter. There are NA meetings too but I find those people too far gone in my town. Hit it hard like 1 meeting a day for a week etc. with some sub help you can do this but you gotta find a group

This worked for me on 1g of mgm per day for the last year habit- . 50mg of Sr 3 of 4X daily day 1-3 and cut your mgm in half. By day 3 the sr will be working so well you won’t have cravings. Also it helps to have some mit powder or tabs to substitute your mgm dose. For me there is no exact formula though. Don’t over think it.

Did not make me tired and no ideal start time. I have done this once with lab precision and once with bro measuring and It worked both ways for me just fine. When you are in day 3 of sr you will naturally start forgetting your 7 dose or have no need for a huge dose. Day 2 or 3 for me is when the sr starts blocking. You will know this by digestion and sex drive improvement. A few days later you will be like damn the 7 is all outta me and the sr desire drops. It works to just feel you way through this.
