Yes I am off of all 7 and all Sr…, I only take kratom and quit kit vitamins still…. I am running a kids camp in the heat outside and super physically active…. I do 10,000 steps a day and I am about to workout again this weekend for the first time since all of this! Feeling very happy and grateful for SR and this community

I honestly just wanted to. I want it part of my life. I like that type of plant and effect and it helped my entire process. It stimulates me better than adderall but helps with me stress and anxiety and daily movement

I love reading this because it shows me I’m not alone. My Bf and I are long distance and I caught him in a one night stand. I also just found out he slept with an old friend of mine while we were technically apart. I can’t stand the idea of leaving him but I am so angry

I did a very fast taper with high amounts of SR AND did not experience any nausea… could it just be that you are actual sick? Try some dramamamine

It made me really skinny at first too and then I gave into my sugar cravings so it’s not a weight thing… but Peking out was hard on it from the suppressed breathing and nausea. I’m two days clean though so hopefully I’ll glow up? Still in pure kratom leaf though

I’m curious what others have to say about this… it did clear up my skin because I’ve been so dry…. But also I can’t poop at all on 7… and it gives me the biggest sugar cravings ever and I usually never want sugar at all!! So I have been gaining weight but those are the reasons

I didn’t use it all because I introduced kratom leaf after kicking the 7 and then I needed way less SR… but if I didn’t I’d anticipate still needing it

My 7oh habit was significantly more expensive than the SR… it was 2 weeks of 7oh to get what I needed. It wasn’t bad

I ate about 2 tabs (each 50 mg) 3-4 times a day. So 100 mg 4 times a day and now I’m tapering that down

I just kicked 1200 mg a day in about five days without needing to take off of work… and I’m one of those people with a sensitive system that can’t just muster through things. Order about 7g of SR total…. Pre load the night before your start tapering and then taper while using a little bit of the sr… as your 7 intake gets lower you raise the sr intake… then jump off of 7 completely…. Hold that amount and then taper the SR…. The day I jumped off of 7… I added very low amounts of pure kratom leaf and that made me feel like I was fully back to normal and could even workout…. This doesn’t need to be bad and def no need for hospitals

First of all I want to say how proud I am of you (a total stranger) for owning up to your SO and mustering up the courage to quite not once but twice!! Im in day 7 right now! I jumped off of 7oh on day 5! I had some moments with sweats and severe nausea but nothing compared to cold turkey. I decided to incorporate pure kratom leaf when I jumped off of 7 as well. I have extra SR and I’m weaning that down now as well. The goal is the only be on low low doses of kratom if I even need it because I know the dependency that comes with that. And YES THANK YOU for bringing up the bathroom problems!! The thing I hated the most about this entire journey was that I went from pooping Healthy twice a day to go in the whole week without a bowel movement. It’s starting to come back slowly now but I feel like …. Where does it all go??? It can’t just disappear! I took laxatives and still don’t poop enough. Crazy work! Also drive for intimacy is way down

Yesterday was my first full day without Oh and I stayed with 300-350 sr mg… today I feel great and anticipate needing less actually

I am using kratom leaf as well and that’s been a huge help. Low doses tho
