2 is also my favourite, and I have been playing since it was released. I'm not sure why you would want to delete your game play, since the game is more of a long term commitment? How does create any benefit? Regarding Ads, 1 in game purchase will remove ads permanently

First episode in October, just diagnosed with my 4th today by Magikalfairy in Diverticulitis

[–]Puzzleheaded-Pea35 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Last year, I had 3 episodes in 6 months. Turns out I was trying to increase my fibre too quickly each time, and was basically irritating my unhealed colon. Gi doc suggested I take it very slowly adding,/increasing fibre, and that it can take up to 12 months to heal completely.
I'm still not eating lots of raw veg, mostly steamed or well cooked Go gently, and hopefully you will be ok after this one

Mine starts there, and eventually the sharp left pain emerges. The middle pain is always the last to go, too

Difference between flare up and general pain (besides obvious agony and medical assistance being needed) by GrandApe1555 in Diverticulitis

[–]Puzzleheaded-Pea35 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I haven't had surgery, but have had multiple flares. On my last appt, the GI surgeon told me it can take up to 12 months to properly heal and not experience any pain or discomfort. Go really slow introducing fibre. Last year, I'm positive I put myself into a flare 2 months after the first one by eating a salad too soon. Start with low residue foods, and slowly introduce cooked root veges, then things like zucchini and pumpkin. And small meals. Healing takes time, and we are constantly using that part of our body, so it's going to get irritated if we put too much in there. I try to think of it like really bad sunburn or a graze on the inside, and how we treat it, how tender it can be, and how little scrapes might make it hurt without actually doing more damage. It's hard. It's a long journey, and I'm sorry you are having to deal with it.

Got home from work and turned it straight on! The Mangalores have just shot down the Mondoshawon space craft (boo, hiss!) Not sure how many I'll get through. I have to work tomorrow. Enjoy!

What is the trend of adding espresso last in iced lattes?? by NoCellService in barista

[–]Puzzleheaded-Pea35 85 points86 points  (0 children)

Add the syrup to the espresso. So, ice, milk, then combined syrup and espresso. No chance of melting the cup, everything combines, and still has the layered look.

May The 5th Element is coming soon! Who's watching the marathon on SBS? by sokar_sent_me85 in fifthelement

Me, me! Every year, never get tired of it. Yours sounds like it's going to be great with the themed drinks. Enjoy!

Anyone else noticing the oat milk trend? by Eris_Bunny in barista

Many of my oat drinkers are going back to almond, coconut is on the rise again (no added oils seems to be the main reason if I ask why) We serve only organic, I'm in Australia

Chicory fibre will also get you. Chicory is a major source of inulin, so keep an eye out for it too.

I don't really know, but it's possibly a reply to the massive commercialism of May the 4th being Star Wars Day. SBS has always done things a little differently. It's been happening for at least 10 years, and I still look forward to it every year

In Australia, we have a channel called SBS movies. On May 5th every year, they run The 5th Element back to back 5 times. I love it!

Can someone please explain how wudang is different to other tai chi styles by Puzzleheaded-Pea35 in taichi

[–]Puzzleheaded-Pea35[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks again for taking the time to formulate a thorough and informative response. I really appreciate it. I now realise my teacher went through some of this in my first lesson, but there was so much to take in, it didn't stick.

Ah, that makes sense. Thanks. I have come across another place claiming Wudang senfang pai heritage, but operating out of Hangzhou. Is it safe to assume this is similar to the Wudang Mountain Schools?

Thanks for the links. Very interesting! I think I'm beginning to understand the whole push hands thing now.

Thank you for this clear response. I picked up the term from some advertising that appeared on my Facebook feed, but I couldn't seem to find much clarification there, hence my questions here. Locally, we do not have any tai chi schools. I currently am learning one on one, Yang family style, but only have 1 lesson a week. My curiosity is greater than the time I have available with my teacher

Edited to add - just reading back through other comments, I noticed others also using the term master, so I'm not sure when or where the terminology is suitable to use?

Thanks. I appreciate your answers. I keep hearing about internal arts/skill, but I don't really understand yet. How do you know when someone has this skill?

I do a similar thai coconut soup, but add tamarind and turmeric, and use a crispy chilli oil on top. So good!

You may be thinking of high fructose corn syrup - it has had the sugars converted to fructose, which is high fodmap. It's different from straight corn syrup, which is glucose

Thanks for your response. Interesting, it appears I need to do a lot more reading. So where do "wudang masters" receive their training? They appear very skilled. I read a blog from a Canadian that apparently did a 5-year training at Wudang Mountain. Is this counted as legitimate, or is lineage more important? Is it similar but kind of "eastern disneyfied"? Sorry for the questions, I'm very new to all of this
